HOW TO MAKE 7 CUP BURFI WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTOS
- Firstly, in a large kadai, take 1 cup besan, Roast well and turn aromatic.
- Then add cup off Ghee and mix well with no lumps.
- And then add 1 cup coconut extract and mix well.
- Next, add Blended Dry Friuts (Badham, Cashew with 3 pc Cordamom).
- Add 1 cup of milk combined well.
- Then add 2 cups of sugar and mix well.
- Mix well, making sure everything is well combined.
- Now turn on the flame and start cooking on medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Cook until the mixture starts to separate from the pan and holds shape.
- Transfer to the tray and level up uniformly.
- Rest for 30 minutes and cut into pieces.
- Finally, enjoy 7 cups of burfi stored in an airtight container for a month.
